CHARMING 
There is a clear light source, nice fitting colours, and nice warm shading. Also, this shows good prespective and the body proportions are realitively spot on!
A couple things I think need a little bit of work, are, in my opinion you could have added a little bit more shading to the faces, mostly the girls, It is still very good shading, and I think it depends on how strong the light source in the background Is for the shadow. But last tiny thing I think the metal collar or whatever that may be is just a bit to shiny just In my opinion becuase It is on her neck, and under her chin, which could limit the light getting to it. Once again this probably depends on the light source, and how shiny-desu~ you want the metal/other material to be!
Overall, this drawing is very well done , and keep doing your best C: BTW I love your art.
